+ Multi phased renovation on a historical private Beach Club

+ Complete revamp of their Olympic-sized pool and pool deck area including extension of the sun deck

+ New tile flooring throughout

+ New cabana area

+ A refresh of the iconic Zodiac Terrazzo tile circle in the outdoor dining area

+ Second phase consists of a brand new, expanded commercial kitchen that replaced the 40
year old service area that was fully demolished. This was completed with all new, ground up construction as well as all new electrical service, HVAC system, and state of the art kitchen appliances were installed.

+ New club dining area was updated as a new service bar and hostess station

+ New outdoor pizza kitchen added
