+ Interior multi-phased renovation of 148-room senior living facility

Background

Like most senior living facilities, this interior renovation project had to be performed around the residents, so noise control was necessary while we took on the multi-phased task.

Solution

A well planned multi-phased construction schedule was created for this project to move residents to other floors while renovations were performed.

Process

+ Demolition and reconstruction of rough carpentry 

+ Finish carpentry insulation

+ Installation of doors, frames, hardware, drywall

+ Interior and exterior painting 

+ Restroom renovation

Results

Though challenging, our crews were able to perform daily work in innovative ways to cause little disruption to the residents.
